High Touch Support Model

Our customers' central concern is how to best run their most important applications and web properties. CIOs and CTOs want reliable hosting options, allowing them to respond to their organization's business needs. Business executives want applications that work and are well supported.

At Logicworks, we have one tier of service: Real Support — always available, always there. Real support means talented folks based in the US that know who you are, understand how your business works and are always ready to proactively troubleshoot problems or answer questions. We get to know you, your business, and your applications, not just your infrastructure. This starts at the top and flows through the entire organization.
