Chief Executive Officer

Ken joined Logicworks in 2001 and was appointed as CEO in 2012. His main goal: to enable a growth-oriented culture where people and client satisfaction come first. Ken brings over a decade of managed IT services experience to Logicworks, most recently serving as the company’s President & CFO. Ken’s previous experience includes working in Sales & Business Development at OVEN Digital and as a Systems Analyst at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation.

Ken is a member of the advisory board of the NYC Academy of Information Technology and serves on the Lincoln Center Business Council. He is also a Mentor in Columbia University’s Executive Master of Science in Technology Management program.

He earned an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University.

Vice President of Technical Operations

Stephanie is responsible for leading all aspects of Logicworks Network Operations Center (NOC), including staffing, project management, operations, new service design and implementation, and operations auditing for SAS 70 Type II and PCI compliance. Prior to joining Logicworks in 2000, Stephanie helped launch the Media Center at Columbia University, which sought to bring advances made in digital media and internet technologies to the entire University. Stephanie graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University.

Vice President of Sales and Client Services

Paul joined Logicworks in 2012 as Vice President of Sales and Client Services. He is responsible for leading all aspects of sales, client services, and business development. Paul comes to Logicworks from Blue Ridge Networks where he led public sector and commercial sales. He has extensive experience in sales leadership, having spent 15+ years in various sales management roles for MCI (now Verizon Business), GlassHouse Technologies, and Digex (now Verizon). Paul graduated from Dartmouth College and holds a BA in Economics.

Vice President of Engineering

Jason is responsible for leading Logicworks' Engineering team. In this capacity, he works closely with our technology vendors, partners, and R&D team to ensure that Logicworks service offerings meet and exceed the performance, compliance, and security requirements of our most sophisticated clients. Prior to joining Logicworks in 2005, Jason worked in technology in the Unix support trenches at Panix (Public Access Networks), and started his career as a systems administrator and consultant in the advertising and media production industries. Jason received a B. A. from Bard College and is a Certified MySQL DBA as well as an avid motorcyclist.

Vice President of Logistics and Procurement

John is responsible for our 24x7 Data Center Operations which includes staffing, procurement of equipment, and inventory management. He works closely with our technology partners and vendors to ensure consistent and rapid provisioning of Logicworks services. Prior to joining Logicworks in 1999, John worked as the Controller for the US division of Nam Yeung Industries. John attended New York University's Stern School of Business where he studied Finance.

Vice President of Business Development

Steve is responsible for managing strategic relationships with our key partners including system integrators and software developers. Prior to joining Logicworks in 2003, Steve managed application development for Interactive Television and Broadband Platforms at Cablevision and prior to that at News Corporation. Steve graduated from Pomona College and holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University.

CPA, Controller

Michelle joined Logicworks in 2011 as Controller. She is responsible for all financial reporting and accounting functions at Logicworks. Michelle comes to Logicworks from Phreesia where she managed all Accounting related activities. Prior to Phreesia, she spent five years as Senior Accountant with Rothstein Kass, a premier public accounting firm. Michelle earned a BSM in Accounting from Tulane University and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Founder & Chairman

Carter founded Logicworks in 1993 to address the service gap left between physical infrastructure providers and large consulting practices. Based on his vision, Logicworks has become a leading provider of managed hosting and cloud computing solutions. As Founder & Chairman of the Board, Carter continues to serve as a thought leader and visionary on such topics as high availability computing, hosting, and cloud computing, with a keen eye towards emerging new technologies for the benefit of Logicworks clients. Carter is also the co-founder of Breaking Media, which publishes the Web sites Dealbreaker, Above The Law, and Fashionista. Carter attended Wesleyan University.
