Channel Partner Program

Logicworks partners with Value Added Resellers and Independent Software Vendors to provide clients true end-to-end solutions. VAR and ISV skill sets provide an excellent complement to Logicworks services and 24x7 operational support. While Logicworks provides the operating infrastructure, from the physical layer up to the database layer, Logicworks’ Channel Partners provide support for the application layer, as well as client end-user support.

Logicworks’ channel program allows its partners to capitalize on the increasing rate of customer adoption of managed services, and build stable annuity revenue streams for their businesses. As customer services and servers continue their migration out of corporate headquarters and into third-party datacenters, Logicworks’ channel program ensures that VARs and ISVs still play a vital ongoing role in those operations. Our program is designed to create long-term, cooperative relationships between Logicworks, its channel partners and end clients, keeping interests aligned and ensuring a highly positive customer experience.

Features & Benefits

Using LogicOps, Channel Partners are able to see all the activities relating to their clients, and are able to use LogicOps for their internal workflow and ticketing. Clients themselves have the ability to assign service requests to either Logicworks or their channel partner, depending on who can best address their request. Partners may also choose to private label Logicworks’ services, either by providing solutions in a Software-as-a-Service framework, by providing services to multiple clients on a single high-availability architecture, or by directly reselling Logicworks’ services. In the event that clients opt to own their hardware, Logicworks works with their channel partner on both hardware replacement and upgrades.

Sales Process

A dedicated Partnership Manager works with Channel Partners both through the sales process and to help provide ongoing support. Partnership managers help generate proposals and quotations for prospective clients, provide training to Channel Partners in new services, as well as arrange pre-sales engineering calls and meetings. Logicworks also provides for lead-registration, ensuring that Logicworks is never competing directly with channel partners, and that channel partners do not actively compete with each other. Post-closing, Partnership Managers remain actively involved in every account, acting as a client and partner advocate on technical issues when necessary, so that service issues can be rapidly rectified.

Compensation

Channel partners are commissioned on a recurring basis for the life of the account. Partners also receive discounts on Logicworks’ hosting services for their own purposes.

Qualification

Logicworks rigorously screens prospective Channel Partners to ensure both financial stability and a standard of excellence in customer support. Logicworks is seeking partners with mature businesses and high levels of technical capability. Services sold by Channel Partners must meet device count and ROI minimum thresholds.
