Continuent Joins Forces with Logicworks to Form Vendor Partnership
December 12, 2005 — Continuent, the leading provider of commercial open source middleware solutions for database high availability, today announced its partnership with Logicworks, a leading provider of complex managed dedicated server hosting solutions. Continuent will work with Logicworks to further enhance the scalability and availability of MySQL® applications employed by joint customers. Under the terms of the partnership, Logicworks will also become an official reseller of Continuent products.
Logicworks provides enterprise managed hosting solutions to small-to-medium businesses and enterprises. Continuent™ m/cluster (for MySQL) provides Logicworks customers with transparent failover and disaster recovering services for all data and automatic continuity at the transaction level.
