Facilities

Logicworks operates out of three carrier-grade data center hosting facilities in downtown New York, Secaucus, New Jersey and Santa Clara, California. Our two New York-area facilities are interconnected via our own Gig-E and 10 Gig-E metro area network (MAN).

The data centers themselves are located in recently-built carrier-neutral facilities operated by Equinix and CRG West (now CoreSite), each of which support at least 150 Watts per square foot of power and cooling density. Each provider manages its own standby generators, which are tested regularly and in accordance with established disaster recovery plans. Additional power redundancy and diversity is provided by multiple power distribution units (PDUs) in each datacenter facility.

Diverse upstream bandwidth is provided by diverse carriers, for multi-gigabit aggregate capacity out of each facility. Additional bandwidth is easily provisioned as demand grows. Customers can cost-effectively scale to multi-site redundancy without having to pay for data synchronization traffic. An additional benefit of our Metro Area Network is that local backups can be immediately copied to a mirrored off-site location.

Logicworks Network Operation Center

The front line of Logicworks support is its 24x7 Network Operations Center, which operates out of corporate headquarters at 155 Avenue of the Americas, located in Soho, lower Manhattan. NOC engineers are highly skilled in a wide variety of disciplines, and are typically capable of resolving whatever issues arise, without escalation. Logicworks has the ability to fully relocate its Network Operations for remote operations in the event of a disaster.
