'My Logicworks' (https://my.logicworks.net) is Logicworks’ Customer Service Portal. It directly ties in to LogicOps, Logicworks’ in-house service delivery and asset management platform. LogicOps is based on open-source technology, and is industry leading in its capabilities. You can read a review of LogicOps in the October 2005 issue of LinuxWorld Magazine.
My Logicworks let’s you administer your account in several ways:
Securely Submit Service Requests.
Open SRs, manage, and track them.
Review SR history.
Securely retrieve passwords and login information.
Manage Contacts and Authorized Users (AUs).
Add and remove consultants and authorized users.
Permit AUs to submit SRs on your behalf.
Administer your DNS hosted at Logicworks.
Make real-time changes to your DNS.
Manage A Records, MX Records, TTL, and more.
My Logicworks is a continually evolving application. Upcoming additions included managing your firewall rules; extending My Logicworks to let you assign Service Requests to your own employees and consultants; and integrated real-time monitoring and statistics (currently a separate application).
