Carter Burden, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Burden is responsible for strategic direction and innovation at Logicworks, creating and refining service offerings to provide seamless solutions to the firm’s complex hosting customers. Mr. Burden founded Logicworks in 1993 to address the service gap left between physical infrastructure providers and large consulting practices. Today, Logicworks has proven its ability to provide a highly available foundation on which all applications can be delivered. Prior to founding Logicworks, Mr. Burden was in charge of Technical Services at Business Link Communications, a New York-based pre-press imaging service bureau, and previously directed Desktop Production at Spy Magazine. Mr. Burden attended Wesleyan University.

Kenneth Ziegler, President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Ziegler is responsible for Logicworks’ corporate policies, objectives, and long-term profitable growth. Before becoming Logicworks’ President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ziegler spent 3 years as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Logicworks in 2001, Mr. Ziegler worked in business development at OVEN Digital and as a Systems Analyst at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Mr. Ziegler is on the advisory board of the NYC Academy of Information Technology, an educational program that guides high school students into popular technical career fields. Ken studied Management Information Systems at Binghamton University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bart Grantham, Vice President of Research and Development

Since joining Logicworks in 2003, Mr. Grantham has led all software development efforts at Logicworks and has been involved with LogicOps, the company’s proprietary asset management system since its inception. Mr. Grantham was previously a top developer at the interactive agencies Fuel, a division of Euro RSCG, and nurun, developing and administering the web presences for Evian, L'Oreal, Volvo, New Balance, and International Paper. Previously, Mr. Grantham was also employed at both Oracle and NASA. Mr. Grantham holds a Bachelor’s of Science and Bachelor’s of Music from Old Dominion University.

Gregg Kitaeff, Vice President of Sales

Mr. Kitaeff leads all of the firm’s sales and marketing efforts. Before joining Logicworks in 1998, Mr. Kitaeff founded and managed Incite, a wholesale apparel company where he was involved in all operational aspects of the company with a focus on Sales and Marketing functions. Prior to founding Incite, Mr. Kitaeff, worked as a hotel and real estate appraiser for a boutique consulting firm. Mr. Kitaeff attended Rutgers University and holds a Master of Science degree from New York University in Hospitality Studies.

Stephanie Tayengco, Vice President of Network Operations

Ms. Tayengco is responsible for running all aspects of Logicworks’ Network Operations Center. Prior to joining Logicworks in 2000, Ms. Tayengco spent 6 years in systems at the media center of Columbia University, and performed antiquities restoration for ARK prior to that. Ms. Tayengco attended the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Master of Arts degree in Art History from Columbia University.
