Client Services Account Manager
Logicworks is seeking an Account Manager/Project Manager to join our team. Position Overview:
An Account Manager/Project Manager with at least 2 years of professional experience looking to grow your skillset. You put your clients first and thrive under tight deadlines. Your skillset encompasses strong organization and communication skills with the ability to deliver new and existing products and services to clients. You are an excellent time manager that is constantly in-touch with your client base, ensuring that our services are delivered to their satisfaction. You are accustomed to being tasked with client on-boarding and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a base of existing accounts by overseeing completion of requests and projects and serving as an extension to the client's IT staff
- Project manage the implementation of new enterprise clients
- Planning and documenting complex client projects
- Coordinating with our Network Operations Center, Engineering and Accounting groups to drive to resolution of customer projects, services tickets and billing issues
- Communicating regularly with your client base and ensuring client satisfaction
- Assisting our Sales department with proposal development to your client base
- Identifying and resolving client concerns
- Conducting client reviews on regular intervals and disseminating this information to staff
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years working as an Account Manager, Project Manager or related title
- Knowledge of IT and/or Web based infrastructure or the ability to pick up new technical knowledge quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong listening, verbal (especially telephone) and written communication skills are a must
- Proficient in the use of personal computers including MS Office Programs (Visio, Word, etc.) Acrobat Professional, and Ticketing Systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Be detail orientated and have excellent follow through skills
- Positive, energetic attitude, and initiative; Strong work ethic
- Able to work comfortably in a hands-on, multi-task, deadline-driven environment
- Experienced in working with cross functional teams
- Fast and responsive, deadline driven
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required - Must be a flexible person
